KIDS COOKING CLASS

Calling all young culinary enthusiasts, join us for our very first kids cooking class led by our head chef, Ethan.
During school holidays bring the kids to explore the wonders of fresh ingredients from the local Erskineville community garden as we pick produce, and teach the kids all the secrets behind creating the perfect focaccia.
Ethan will guide the young chefs through the art of creating the most delicious focaccia. From kneading the dough to decorating it with flair and fresh ingredients.
The event will start from 3pm The Erko, where we'll convene before setting off to the community garden. Once we've gathered the fresh ingredients, we'll return to the venue for the exciting decoration and cooking session. Ethan and his skilled team will take charge of the focaccia baking process. Each young chef will proudly take home their own freshly baked focaccia to enjoy with their families.
Please note, kids must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session.
